What platform do you use for virtual sessions?

Virtual sessions take place over Google Meet. If your organization requires Microsoft Teams, we can accommodate that as well. You'll receive the session link after your booking is confirmed.

Where do in-person sessions take place?

In-person sessions are held in the Montreal area. After booking, we'll coordinate a convenient location — typically a quiet cafe or co-working space. You can also suggest a location that works for you.

Can you travel for in-person workshops outside Montreal?

Absolutely. For organizations outside Montreal who want in-person workshops, I am happy to travel. We'll discuss accommodation and travel arrangements as part of your custom workshop package. Reach out through the contact form to get started.

How does booking and payment work?

You book your first hour on Calendly and describe the problem you want to work on. After booking, you'll receive an email with payment options — either a single session or a 3-hour bundle at a discounted rate. Complete payment within 24 hours to confirm your session. If payment isn't received within 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled to keep the calendar open for others.

How does the 3-hour bundle work?

When you book your first hour, you'll have the option to pay for a single session or a 3-hour bundle at a discounted rate. You don't have to use all 3 hours in one sitting — after your first session, book remaining hours at your convenience. Bundle hours expire 60 days after purchase.

How big are group sessions?

Small group sessions are designed for 2-5 participants to keep things interactive and personalized. This works great for teams or colleagues who want to learn together. Everyone gets hands-on practice and individual attention. For groups of 6 or more, reach out to discuss a custom workshop package.

What will I actually learn in a session?

That depends on your goals and the problem you describe when booking. Common topics include: writing effective prompts, using Claude for drafting and editing, research and analysis, summarizing documents, brainstorming, building workflows, and creating templates for recurring tasks. We focus on what's most useful for your specific role.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable.
